Our mission is to enrich lives by strengthening confidence, building self-esteem, and developing leadership aptitude in young women.

Being a part of this program has helped keep me close with friends, as well as remind me to love myself. Whenever I’m feeling down, I often remember the program and it brightens my mood.

Empowering teen girls to lead with confidence.

Regality is a nonprofit organization based in Elkhart County that promotes leadership development, career exploration opportunities, business and social etiquette training, and mentoring for teen girls.

We provide strengths-based and developmentally responsive psychosocial education that facilities the development of protective factors for teen girls ages 13-18 as they navigate the difficulties of adolescence and prepare for adulthood.

Regality shows every girl how to be her best and truest self, with all the glitter, glam, elegance and intelligence that it so beautifully encapsulates.
