I hereby give my child permission to participate in programing, activities, and initiatives included with Regality Inc. I give permission for my child to be photographed for marketing and record purposes. I am the natural parent or legal guardian having legal custody of said child. In consideration of my child participating in the Regality Tea Party, I hereby voluntarily release and agree to hold harmless Regality, organization administration, leadership, and volunteers against any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, damages, expenses and costs that may result in my child’s participation in the program.
