Our leadership development programming is focused on themes such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, self-advocacy, leadership priniciples, personal values, decision making, communication skills, creativity, collaboration and more.

Career Exploration

Career exploration opportunities include career pathway analysis, career speakers, job shadowing, and more. We provide coaching and share resources to help build their leadership, career and life skills. We focus on helping girls build protective factors of positive social capital, confidence, self-esteem, and leadership acumen.

Mentoring

Mentorship is foundational in all of Regality’s program offerings. Group and 1-1 mentoring opportunities are available. Our Treasure Within: Leadership Mentoring program includes guest speakers, SMART goal development, and overall positive identity development.

Business & Social Etiquette

This training covers first impressions, networking, dining etiquette, introductions, professional business image and poise, verbal and visual communication, and more.
